Katherine Heigl is Jane, the singleton who has been a bridesmaid 27 times. She's found her true love - her boss, George (Edward Burns) - but he doesn't know how she feels. Enter her sister, Tess (Malin Akerman), who charms the pants off George (literally). Of course, there's also Kevin (James Marsden), who's pursuing Jane, but she couldn't be less interested. It helps to be 21 for this movie.
